SAA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Members of the Somerset Art Association enjoy exclusive privileges including reduced rates on SAA's classes and programs, a subscription to the Members' Newsletter published 4 to 5 times yearly, and participation in SAA's annual juried and non-juried Members' Show. We hope you will join SAA and become part of this vibrant, growing visual arts organization.

Please complete the following form to become a member of the Somerset Art Association, renew a current membership or purchase a membership as a gift. You may submit the membership form information using any of the following methods:

  • By Phone: Please call the SAA Office at (908) 234-2345. An SAA staff member will gladly assist you
  • By Fax: Please print this form and supply al requested information, including Membership level, credit card number and expiration date. Fax your completed application to the SAA office at (908) 234-0733.
  • By Mail: Please print this form and supply all requested information, including Membership level, credit card number and expiration date.
    If you prefer to pay by personal check please make the check payable to "Somerset Art Association" and mail it with your completed application to Somerset Art Association, 2020 Burnt Mills Rd., Bedminster, NJ 07921.

Membership Levels

 Friend of the Arts ($35) Special membership for art enthusiasts who prefer to appreciate art rather than create it.  This level of membership does not include reduced rates on studio classes and workshops.  Members at this level receive:
  • Invitations to SAA Johnson Gallery exhibits and receptions
  • A subscription to SAA’s quarterly newsletter with information on upcoming bus trips, lectures, exhibits and more
  • Advance members only registration for bus trip enrollment
  • Ability to attend lectures at the discounted members’ rate
Student $20 (age 21 and younger)
Members at this level receive;
  • Automatic mailing and receipt of class brochure
  • Reduced rates on children’s classes and summer art camps
  • Priority placement on class and summer art camp wait-lists
Individual $50

Dual/Family $60(basic membership for 2 adults and children under 21
living in the same household)
Members at this level receive;

  • Automatic mailing and receipt of class brochure
  • Priority placement on class wait-lists
  • Invitations to SAA Johnson Gallery exhibits and receptions
  • A subscription to SAA’s quarterly newsletter
  • Opportunity to submit work for consideration in the Annual Members’ Juried Exhibit
  • Opportunity to participate in the Annual Members Non-Juried exhibits
  • Advance members only registration for bus trip enrollment
  • Ability to attend lectures at the discounted members’ rate

Reduced rates on studio classes and workshops

Supporter $150 This level receives all the benefits of a Dual/Family membership plus;
  • One set of note cards featuring noted SAA artists
Patron $500 This level receives all of the benefits of the Supporter membership plus;
  • 5% discount on one Johnson Gallery art purchase.
Benefactor $1,000 This level receives all of the benefits of a Patron membership plus;
  • 10% discount on one Johnson Gallery art purchase.
