Katie Lee is a renowned botanical and wildlife artist and instructor. A graduate
of the New York Botanical Garden Botanical Illustration program, Katie has been an instructor at that institution for the
past 16 years. Ms. Lee teaches drawing, watercolor, gouache and illustration courses at various programs worldwide.

Her uniquely realistic botanical and zoological paintings have been successfully
exhibited in one person shows in the United States and abroad. Her work can be found in many private collections. Her
paintings have been accepted into the prestigious Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum’s Birds in Art, 2002 and 2003. Ms. Lee
has illustrated a number of books published by Sound Prints, Norwalk, CT as part of their Smithsonian Wild Heritage
Collection.

For over 20 years, Joseph Fettingis has been
painting, lecturing and teaching watercolor
workshops throughout the United States. His
critically acclaimed works are known for their
sensitive portrayal of mood and light imbuing the subject matter with a
memorable presence. In this 3-day concentrated
workshop, Mr. Fettingis will share with students
the secrets of his art, how to control moisture
on a brush and paper,glaze colors, create balance and movement in a composition and so much
more.

Mr. Fettingis is a signature member of the National Watercolor Society.
His works have been highlighted as the feature cover story in American Artist,
International Artist and Pallete magazines. His watercolors have also been published in Splash 6, Painting Color
and the Best of Watercolors 2 as well as in newspaper articles throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
